Aeton Lim and Johann Hall, drawing on their extensive experience in the field, sparked insightful conversations with the student audience by posing thought-provoking questions such as:

  • Should businesses prioritize joining a small but emerging and fast-growing segment, or maintain a large but stable business that may face risks from faster-growth competitors?
  • How can we rethink new retail concepts to stay ahead of the curve?
  • What are the key considerations when deciding on which retailer strategies to implement?
